Capacity Building Workshop

  • Lake Burien Presbyterian Church 15003 14th Avenue Southwest Burien, WA, 98166 United States (map)

Training opportunities and discussion based workshops facilitated by proven leaders to support organizational sustainability and capacity building.

Mapping Our Collective Power

“We don’t want to just help our communities navigate systems of inequity; we want to change those systems all together. Yet, as wide and deep as our connections may stretch, we can still find ourselves disconnected from broader influence or siloed from the strategies of other organizations serving our same communities.

This workshop is designed to move our organizations out of isolated strategies into alignment for coordinated action. Through practical tools and frameworks, we will make visible the interlocking relationships, connections, and systems that shape the broader sociopolitical landscape in which we collectively operate. We will explore where community power and resources may be concentrated, point to critical gaps and opportunities, and surface strategies for alignment and coordinated impact.

You will leave this workshop with a shared network and landscape analysis, ready to leverage untapped areas of collective strength, influence, and power.”
